Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. An order is considered dispatched when it’s handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on your location. Below are the estimated shipping times for different countries:

🇨🇦 Canada: 5-10 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 5-7 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 7-12 business days
🌍 International: 10-20 business days

Please note that during peak periods, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. For international shipments, customs delays may also affect delivery times.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It’s essential to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may lead to delays or order cancellation. If our system detects an address issue, we will reach out via email within 3 business days for verification. If we don’t hear back, we may cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at support@finnsleep.org within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee adjustments after this period.

Delayed Delivery

We understand timely delivery is crucial, and we work hard to ship orders quickly. However, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, like severe weather or transportation issues. We will communicate any significant delays and work with the courier to resolve the situation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package goes missing, we empathize with your frustration. Once we hand it over to the courier, it’s out of our control. Please contact us at support@finnsleep.org, and we’ll assist you.

For lost or stolen packages, we recommend contacting the courier to file a claim, as they have specific processes in place. We’ll follow up with the courier on your behalf for updates. Please note that FinnSleep is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, which fall outside our refund policy. However, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
